Escrow Company Charges

Escrow and Title Companies and Service Twelve Membership,

Beginning October 15, 2021 Service Twelve Inc. will be charging a $25 administrative fee to fulfill Escrow and Title Company requests on properties Service Twelve Inc. serves. The Board voted this to be reasonable reimbursement for time, resources and research required to complete and forward requests.

This fee will be assessed on the form returned to the Escrow/Title company and remittance expected on closing.
