Guidelines For Bathrooms
1.    "No Children" under age of 12 allowed in bathrooms without adult supervision-AT ALL TIMES.
2.    Please Make sure doors are locked as you leave, your code makes you responsible for bathrooms. Also please don't open doors for others by using your code you are responsible.
3.    It is a Washington State Law, please "NO SMOKING" inside of the bathrooms.
4.    Service Twelve provides the water, electricity, and toilet paper only for these bathrooms. You need to bring your own necessities.
5.    Please take your personal items with you when you are done, if you leave them they will be disposed.
This facility belongs to every property owner in our little community of Service Twelve at Ocean Shores. It is for our residents only, we all share in the responsibility of keeping it clean and in good repair. We do have a problem with sand in the bathrooms, so we urge you to brush off sand from yourselves and your young ones before entering the bathrooms.

Guidelines For Meeting Rooms
1.    Usage of meeting room is for Service Twelve members in good standings (dues current) and their guest. The key code owner IS Responsible for the meeting room usage. Please keep all doors closed so everyone will enter their own code.
A.   Scheduling events is on a daily basis to be renewed on the first of every month per the inside sign up calendar.
B.   Scheduling events are for a two hour maximum and open to all members. If scheduling a private event the same two hours of usage applies. Also please note on calendar "Private".
C.   Scheduler is responsible for building and clean-up, locking doors and lights out.
2.    Service Twelve is providing the room, electricity and water only any other needs are to be provided by participating members.
3.    Any donations such as: furniture, appliances, equipment, etc. that is to stay in the room needs to be approved by the building committee first. If denied it can be brought up at the next board meeting.
4.    What is brought into building must be taken home, this includes food, trash or personal items.
5.    Please clean room after each use.
6.    Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
7.    Meeting Room will be closed from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am every evening.
