All meetings are held at the Service Twelve Clubhouse

The Service Twelve Board meets quarterly each year. March, June, September, December.
Other meeting times may be called as needed. Owners are welcome.
The June Board meeting date coincides with the Annual Members Meeting in June during which Board Trustees are nominated by the membership.
The Board meets for business prior to the Annual Member Meeting and after to vote in Trustees.
